ABOUT THE OWNER

Josh Thun has been building in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, learning his trade largely from his father, and grandfather.

He studied Scenic Design & Construction at Cornish College of the Arts, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University, in the field of Drawing & Printmaking.

From 2005 to 2007, Josh served as Resident Carpenter and Assistant Caretaker on the largest privately owned estate on the island of Nantucket, MA.

Josh is happily married to his lovely and talented wife, Tacoma-based artist and muralist, Kate Cendejas Thun. Together, they live in a log cabin with their three boys in Graham, WA.
